14th World Aluminium Conference
10-12 May 2009
Grand Hyatt Hotel, Dubai

CRU Events’ 14th World Aluminium conference will give you a comprehensive update and insight into the latest movements of the worldwide aluminium industry brought to you by the leaders in the field. This event gives you the opportunity to network with senior level decision makers in the aluminium industry from around the world.
The sharp slowdown in world economic growth and ensuing issues has thrown up a number of key challenges for the global aluminium industry:
How will the aluminium industry respond to short-term challenges and constraints? Who will be the winners and losers from this process?
Managing the aluminium industry through the economic cycle - how will or should the industry respond along the entire value chain?
Will the current downturn alter the longer term prospects and opportunities for the aluminium industry.
CRU's World Aluminium Conference will be the first global aluminium industry event to address these and other vital issues.
The event has attracted widespread international interest; nearly 250 delegates from over 38 countries have already registered.
