Our recruitment processes vary according to the role you are applying for and the location where you are interviewed, but these guidelines give you a better understanding of what you can expect.
Through each recruitment process we want to make sure that you have the right skills for the role at CRU, and that you will fit within your prospective team and the company. Our interviewing process allows you to get a feel of what working for CRU is like, and make sure that the role and the company are right for you. We use different interview and assessment techniques:
- Tests of your verbal or numerical skills (such as writing tests, analysis tests, forecasting tests)
- Interviews that include competency-based and technical questions
- Assessment Centres which include a number of specific exercises
