After surpassing Russia and the USA in 2010’s annual steel production league table, India is now the third largest steel producer in the world. However with an annual growth rate of 8-9% predictions are already surfacing that by 2012 India will become the second largest steel producer in the world.

Now in its second successful year this conference, which is a joint venture between CRU and MJunction will run over three days incorporating an extended programme to include:

• Day three - Raw Materials and their price volatility are most crucial to the industry. The focus on the last day will be an in depth look at Iron Ore and Coke and Coal, as well as reviewing the situation for minerals, ferro alloys, scap, spong iron and pig iron.
