CRU's Steel Monitor, published Wednesday 20th January 2016, reports that many sheet mills around the world are beginning, or in some cases continuing, to realise price increases as the continuously-downward cycle of H2 2015 has turned. CRU Principal Consultant Matt Watkins writes: "Some further near term upside is possible in sheet prices, though this will be restricted by low raw materials prices and limits to support from China."
