You will be responsible for securing client subscription renewals, driving revenue growth from renewal increases, new client acquisition, upselling license types as well as selling through new CRU products and services. In addition, you will be assisting with on-boarding of new clients and tele sales campaigns.

Strong negotiation skills
Ability to build rapport with clients and be customer-centric
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work smart, meet targets within agreed timescales
Be comfortable using a CRM system for workload and KPI management
Excellent IT skills including the use of MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Comfortable using a CRM system for recording client interaction and tasks
Fluent written and spoken English
Sales experience preferred
