CRU North America is seeking a highly motivated and target driven individual with sales experience to join one of CRU’s fastest growing regional offices. This role will focus on CRU’s recently acquired Steel Market Update service.

You will be responsible for securing client subscription renewals, driving revenue growth from renewal increases, new client acquisition, upselling license types as well as selling through new CRU products and services. In addition, you will be assisting with on-boarding of new clients and tele sales campaigns.

Once appointed, you will become part of a dynamic, supportive, successful and truly international team.

Essential Criteria
Bachelor’s Degree

Strong negotiation skills

Ability to build rapport with clients and be customer-centric

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to work smart, meet targets within agreed timescales

Be comfortable using a CRM system for workload and KPI management

Excellent IT skills including the use of MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Comfortable using a CRM system for recording client interaction and tasks

Fluent written and spoken English

Desirable Criteria
Sales experience preferred

Information subscription business experience preferred
