CRU North America is seeking a highly motivated and target driven individual, fluent in Spanish (and Portuguese preferably) with sales experience to join one of CRU’s fastest growing regional offices.

Reporting into the American VP of Sales, the main purpose of this role is to secure client subscription renewals, drive revenue growth within allocated remit and facilitate the qualification of inbound leads. Once appointed, the Account Executive will become part of a dynamic, supportive, successful and truly international team.

     Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities

  • Secure renewals with an uplift for your own portfolio of existing clients
  • Gain knowledge of your client’s activity and build on the success of the account to leverage additional business opportunities
  • Website generated lead qualification and allocation
  • Closing new sales leads when applicable
  • Collaborative working with the regional sales person – passing over leads when required and to ensure the region is covered at all times
  • Maintain record of client contact and renewal pipeline management using a CRM system
  • Work closely with the Head of Licensing to find renewal uplift opportunities
  • Assisting with on-boarding of new clients
  • Assisting in tele sales campaigns as and when needed
  • Perform administrative duties as required; other duties may be assigned as necessary                                                                                                                                        Minimum Required Qualifications 
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Fluent in Spanish and preferably Portuguese
  • Proven sales record of retaining clients, increasing spend and achieving KPIs
  • You will have to be highly driven and motivated
  • Good experience in a sales/telesales/account management role, but we would be open to bright and talented individuals who are looking to start their sales career
  • Experience of working with a portfolio of clients
  • Experience of working in an information subscription business is preferable                                                                                                                                                                                                        Skills and Competencies

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work smart, meet targets within agreed timescales
  • Be comfortable using a CRM system for workload and KPI management                                                                                                                                                                    Technical and other skills
  • Excellent IT skills including the use of MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Comfortable using a CRM system for recording client interaction and tasks
  • Fluent written and spoken English
