CRU Singapore office is seeking a talented and motivated administrative assistant to join their team. This is a newly designed role with responsibilities to support the Country Manager and office staff. The Singapore office has been opened to serve the client base in Singapore, but also to provide a base for revenue growth in the SE Asia region for both the Analysis and Consulting businesses. The office opened in April 2018 and is now reaching 13 strong, but is expected to grow further. 

To be successful in this role, you will be expected to perform the day-to-day administrative function that includes travel and accommodation booking, setting up meetings, entering expenses, extracting reports and others. In addition, you will be maintaining our intranet for regional updates and updating internal databases and systems needed for running the business. You will be also performing reception duties including answering calls, booking couriers, opening mail and checking post office box. Less frequently, you will responsible for local arrangements for events (e.g. seminars) that we may hold in Singapore or the SE Asia region.

Essential Criteria

  • Singaporean citizen
  • Excellent English skills, both spoken and written
  • Accurate and good attention to detail
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work independently with minor supervision
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint

Desirable Criteria

  • Knowledge of SalesForce CRM system
  • Knowledge of Precursive resource management system
