CRU leads in the field of global commodity market analysis and business intelligence. We are seeking an ambitious Customer Success Operations Intern to join our team in Singapore AND London.
In this role, you will work closely with our global Customer Success Managers, to provide support in maintaining and enhancing relationships with our valued clients. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain valuable experience in the field of Customer Success while contributing to the growth of our global commodity market analysis and business intelligence firm.
- Collaborate with the global Customer Success Managers, to assist in client interactions and account management.
- Provide support to our regional and global teams.
- Assist in supporting a diverse client base, including interactions with clients at various organizational levels.
- Familiarize yourself with our subscription-based business model and gain exposure to the commodity industry.
- Participate in the establishment of business processes to contribute to our commercial success.
- Engage in continuous learning to expand your knowledge of Customer Success, business intelligence, and commodity markets.
- Assist in organizing and completing tasks to ensure efficient customer support.
- Utilize IT skills, including MS Office, Salesforce/CRM systems, and customer service helpdesk ticketing systems.
Skills and Competencies
- Currently pursuing a degree at university level.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt in a dynamic business environment.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Willingness to adapt to changing business requirements.
- Fluency in written and spoken English.
- Commercial awareness with a proactive focus on business process setup.
- Strong team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
