CRU Group is seeking a fluent Spanish speaking, highly motivated, target driven individual with sales experience to join their in-house telesales team. Main purpose of this role is to secure subscription renewals for existing clients and handle qualification of online leads.

Reporting into the Head of In House Sales & Customer service, the degree educated Sales Executive will become part of a dynamic, supportive, successful and truly international team. As you develop your career at CRU, you will gain knowledge of our clients, product portfolio, build a rapport and increase their spend with CRU.

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities

  • Secure renewals with an uplift for your own portfolio of existing clients globally
  • Gain knowledge of your client’s activity and build on the success of the account to leverage additional business opportunities
  • Website generated lead qualification
  • Closing new sales leads where possible
  • Collaborative working with the regional sales person – passing over leads when required and to ensure the region is covered at all times
  • Maintain record of client contact and renewal pipeline management using a CRM system
  • Work closely with the Head of Licensing to find renewal uplift opportunities
  • Assisting with on-boarding of new clients
  • Assisting in telesales campaigns as and when needed
  • Perform administrative duties as required

Knowledge & Experience

  • Proven sales record of retaining clients, increasing spend and achieving KPIs
  • You will have to be highly driven and motivated
  • Experience of working in a sales/telesales/account management role, also but open to bright and talented individuals who are looking to start their sales career
  • Experience of working with a global portfolio of clients
  • Experience of working in an information subscription business is preferable
  • Languages – fluent written and spoken Spanish is a must

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Be comfortable working with clients where English might not be their first language
  • Ability to work smart, meet targets within agreed timescales
  • Be comfortable using a CRM system for workload and KPI management
  • Be comfortable to working to strict targets
  • Be flexible with working hours to call different regions as and when required
  • Be able to cover team members sickness and holidays

Technical & Other Skills

  • Excellent IT skills including the use of MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Fluent written and spoken English
  • Comfortable using a CRM system for recording client interaction and tasks
