Chris Asgill joined CRU in April 2014 and is editor of CRU's Steel Metallics Monitor and Metallics Market Outlook, leading CRU's global research in ferrous metallics markets.  Chris also has specialist coverage for European metallics markets, including Turkey.

Chris has previously worked in the steel industry for fourteen years across a range of strategy, supply chain and operational roles, and has obtained a Master of Business Administration from a leading Australian University, the Australian Graduate School of Business (AGSM).  Before this, he achieved a Bachelor of Engineering (Materials) from the University of Wollongong.
