Frances joined CRU Events in October 2019 as a Client Event Services Executive and is responsible for customer facing administrative and financial tasks in the logistics team, across many events.

Prior to CRU she has worked in a variety of customer service and administration focussed roles as CRU front of house and facilities team for 2 years.

Her role involves delegate registrations, invoices and payments of delegates attending CRU events.

Frances holds a BA Hons in Business Administration at London Metropolitan University.
