Having led HR operations across 25+ countries, Kate has extensive and diverse experience across all aspects of HR, including recruitment, talent management, learning and development, policy and process, compensation and benefits, reward and engagement, and employee relations.
Within CRU, Kate and her team are responsible for the design and implementation of HR strategy, policies and initiatives that ensure the firm can optimise its ability to attract, motivate, develop and retain high calibre talent. These also safeguard CRU’s distinctive culture, and support continuous growth.
Kate joined CRU in December 2016 and is currently a member of the Executive Team.
She has a BA in Sport, Recreation and Tourism, an MSc in Tourism Management, and an MA in Personnel and Development. Kate is also a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Development (CIPD).
