Emma works within the Customer Service Team as a Customer Services Executive from June 2021, focusing the customer services in APAC region.
Emma Cao joined CRU in 2015 and provided administrative support for CRU Beijing office in her previous role, while simultaneously assisting CRU’s HR, Finance, and Marketing/Events teams.
Prior to joining CRU, She had 1 year’s working experience as the Administrator in Broad Energy Company and 3 years’ working experience as the Operations Assistant to the General Manager in Broad Horizon Education, which both gave her many opportunities to face clients and forged her a strong sense of customer service.
Emma has the BA degree in English from Harbin Engineering University. She is based at Beijing Office.
