Alejandro joined CRU Consulting in 2015 after graduating from the Pontifical Catholic University of Chile, where he focused on studying mining geology and mine planning.

Alejandro did an internship at Division El Teniente of CODLECO, where he worked on relocating staff from a production plant that was closing down, and on the optimisation of emergency measures and practices.

Since joining CRU, Alejandro has worked on several projects covering a wide range of commodities, including Copper, Iron Ore, Steel and Fertilizers. In these projects, regional and global market analysis, due diligence and demand forecast models were the focus.

Alejandro holds a BSc in Industrial & Mining Engineering from the Pontifical Catholic University of Chile. He is bilingual in English and Spanish.
