​Kaitlin joined CRU in September 2021 as an intern in the Multi-Commodity Analysis team before joining the Consulting team as an Associate Consultant in February 2022.

Kaitlin holds an MSc in Sustainable Resources: Economics, Policy & Transitions from University College London (UCL). In her MSc thesis, she designed behavioural economic interventions which tested funding routes for novel food-waste valorisation schemes. She is a guest lecturer to an MSc module discussing ESG Risk in natural resource projects at UCL’s Institute for Sustainable Resources. Kaitlin also holds a BSc in French and Business Management from the University of Southampton. Kaitlin is based in CRU’s London office.
