Gerallt Hughes
Multi-Commodity AnalystGerallt joined CRU in October 2022 as a Multi-Commodity Analyst, focusing on analysing capital expenditure across commodities and other projects in the multi-commodity group.
Prior to joining CRU, Gerallt has over 5 years’ experience in scientific research focusing on volcanology and meteoritics, based at the Natural History Museum in London. He has also worked in the construction industry, with 3 years’ experience in a geotechnical and geoenvironmental consultancy.
He holds a PhD in Geology from Birkbeck, University of London, and an MESci in Geology from Cardiff University. Gerallt is based in the London office.
