Melinda Rietzel joined CRU in 2018 and works as a Customer Service Executive.

She has over 14 years’ experience in customer service and account management and is focused on exceeding the expectations of each CRU client by providing a world class customer experience. Prior to joining CRU, Mindy spent 4 years at American Metal Market & Metal Bulletin in several client facing roles, each promoting a positive and proactive approach to customer engagement.

Melinda is based out of CRU’s Pittsburgh office and holds degrees in English/Communications from Thiel College and Organizational Leadership from Geneva College.
