Through his close work with the Fertilizer Consulting team, Daniel has developed a strong knowledge of the sulphur, nitrogen, phosphate and specialty potash industries. Projects undertaken have focused on cost benchmarking, market strategy and analysis. In recent projects, Daniel has contributed to the development of bespoke models, including a model measuring potassium uptake by chloride-sensitive crops and another gauging the impact of new regulations on the phosphate fertilizer industry.
Prior to joining CRU, Daniel worked with PPG Industries in Government Affairs where he assisted in matters of public policy and in administering the company's political action committee.
Daniel holds a BA in Economics from the University of Pittsburgh.
