Leading thinkers in CRU on carbon emissions examine the introduction of EU Carbon Border Adjustment Mechanism; the possible scale, design, timing and impact its introduction. Carbon border taxes have the potential to redraw the competitive landscape, and their impact on costs, price and trade flows are at the forefront of CRU’s analysis.
