We grant clients access to CRU research, data and prices though limited-term licences, providing a range of options to meet customers' usage  requirements. The license type allows for a specific level of access - see below to determine which is the best fit for your business.

Usage within organisations

A standard licence allows a specific number of users within your organisation to access our data, which may only be shared with those with authorisation.

An Enterprise licence provides a broader range of permissions for storing,  sharing and republishing our work, which includes the creation and sharing of derivative material within the parameters of your business. Additionally, access is  granted to an unlimited number of users, both regionally and globally.

Usage outside of organisations

Our commercial license permits referencing CRU price movements over a specified period in physical or financial agreements with counterparties for settlement or adjustment.

With our Republishing license, you may use specific approved excerpts from our research in an external medium – with guidance on how it can be shared, in what format, and with whom.

In addition to our licensing options, CRU has expanded access to our premier pricing data through partnerships with Bloomberg Terminal and Refinitiv (LSEG). These platforms provide users with seamless access to CRU's comprehensive commodity price assessments and market analysis, ensuring that our data is integrated into the tools and workflows of financial and commodity professionals globally.

Access to CRU products is restricted by copyright and other law to named authorised users of companies with valid licences to do so. Any other use is prohibited. To find out more about which licence you need, email emeia.sales@crugroup.com.

If you are interested in republishing CRU content in a report or presentation, please email us.

If you are referencing CRU price movements in a contractual arrangement and would like more information on a CRU Commercial licence, please email us.
