CRU International Limited – Modern Slavery Statement

This statement is pursuant to Section 54 of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and outlines the steps that CRU have taken to ensure that modern slavery has no place in our business or our supply chains. 

Our Business

CRU provides independent market analysis, forecasts, consulting, and data services to the global mining, metals, and fertilizer sectors. We employ staff across 14 international offices and maintain a global network of suppliers and partners to support our services.

Our Commitment

CRU has zero tolerance for modern slavery, human trafficking, forced labour, and any other illegal or unethical practices. We are committed to ensuring that such unlawful activities have no place in our business or supply chains.

Governance and Risk Oversight

CRU’s Governance, Risk & Compliance Committee oversees our modern slavery efforts. We are developing a comprehensive approach to supplier governance and have started implementing enhanced due diligence for key suppliers, particularly in higher-risk jurisdictions.

Modern Slavery Actions for 2025/2026

In the next year, we are committed to:

• Awareness: Communicating our zero-tolerance stance across all CRU offices and raising awareness among staff about how to successfully identify and report concerns.
• Local Oversight: Office managers will regularly review and confirm compliance with our anti-slavery policies.
• Supplier Due Diligence: Launching a formal process for assessing supplier risk and applying proportionate controls during onboarding, contract negotiation, and renewal stages.
• Policy Enforcement: Reviewing and updating internal policies to embed modern slavery compliance across procurement and operational activities.

These measures will be reviewed annually to assess their effectiveness.

This statement has been approved by the CRU International Ltd Board of Directors for the financial year ending September 2025, in accordance with Section 54(1) of the Modern Slavery Act 2015.
