Elaine brings more than 25 years’ experience in finance and transformation across financial services, technology, life sciences and professional services. FCCA-qualified and trained at KPMG, she holds an MBA from Imperial College. Her expertise spans financial governance, planning and capital allocation, alongside product, portfolio and value management.
During her career, Elaine has worked with Roche, AstraZeneca and GSK, and advised subscription technology businesses on pricing, customer acquisition, retention and renewal. She has also led finance transformation initiatives, improving reporting and connecting financial insight with commercial decision-making.
Elaine joins CRU as Interim Chief Financial Officer, bringing experience that will help strengthen the company’s finance capability and support teams to grow value across the business.
