With over 10 years’ as an experienced human resources professional, Eleanor has worked across organisations both in the private and charity sectors with a particular focus on business partnering, people operations, learning & development and employee engagement.
Eleanor joined CRU in 2016 and has worked in multiple operational and business partnering roles in the People team, more recently becoming Global Head of People & Culture in 2024. Eleanor has led many strategic initiatives across our global teams including learning & development, people operations, employee health & wellbeing and leadership & management programmes. During her time at CRU, Eleanor has also been actively involved in wider initiatives including CRU acquisitions and the opening of new offices.
