We’re delighted to welcome five University of Oxford students to CRU this summer as part of our eight-week internship programme.

This partnership reflects our commitment to creating opportunities for students and graduates to gain hands-on commercial experience in the commodities research space, working on real-life projects that contribute directly to our business.

Throughout the programme, our interns will be embedded across our Analysis, Sustainability and Data teams, gaining valuable insight into how commodities markets operate and how data-driven intelligence supports decision-making across the sector.

At CRU, we believe in investing in emerging talent and providing meaningful experiences that help individuals develop their skills, build confidence and explore future careers in our industry. It is always rewarding when these experiences lead to full-time opportunities for individuals who have shown a strong interest in commodities and a real enthusiasm for the work we do.

"This partnership with the University of Oxford reflects our focus in nurturing the next generation of professionals in the commodities sector. We are looking forward to seeing how our new colleagues develop during their internships." said Eleanor Simmons, Global Head of People and Culture at CRU.
