As CRU continues its search to appoint a permanent CEO, Joy Archer has been appointed interim CEO until a new CEO is in place.
Joy has worked at CRU for over 5 years and has been our Chief Financial Officer since November 2024. As Chief Financial Officer and a member of the Executive team, Joy has been central to the changes made across the business over the past few years.
With a comprehensive understanding of the entire CRU business lifecycle, Joy appreciates the importance of every functional area that contributes to delivering a product or service to meet customer needs, including finance, HR, sales, marketing, IT, customer service and purchasing. She is known for her innovative approach, continually finding and implementing process improvements that boost reporting efficiency and information quality. Additionally, she is skilled in overseeing project monitoring and control to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Joy brings unmatched breadth and depth of knowledge of CRU and is well placed to lead the business with the support of the Executive team and colleagues across the organisation.
