Madhura joined CRU's Singapore office in 2021 and relocated to London in  2022. She has contributed to projects across various commodities including steel and steelmaking raw material, copper, aluminium, nickel and precious metals.

Her recent work includes a nickel market entry strategy project for an Indonesian mining company and market analysis of downstream steel trade flows with an emphasis on Southeast Asia.​Prior to joining CRU, Madhura graduated from the National University of Singapore with a Bachelor of Social Science in Economics (Hons) and Mathematics. She has previously worked as a research assistant on a study to promote energy efficiency for the manufacturing sector in Singapore. Her other past internship experiences included analysing macroeconomic develo​pments in Asian economies.
